Guatemala Project Lead – Belle Pham

Belle is a Civil and Environmental Engineering major on the Environmental/Water Resources track with a minor in Sustainability Studies in her senior year. After joining the team and serving as the Waste Management sublead from Spring to Fall 2024, she is now the lead of the Guatemala Project team where she aims to help guide and support others throughout the process of working with communities on a global scale, learning more about the world outside of our own, and fostering a welcoming environment for students of all experience levels to feel comfortable sharing their ideas, collaborating, and contributing to the project.
Outside of EWB, she enjoys engaging with arts communities on campus as a teaching assistant for the College Park Scholars Arts Program and Vice President of the Veritas Short Films club, creating music and films. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and other outdoor activities with her family and friends.
