Yasaman is a mechanical engineering student that went to a Nakifuma, Uganda project meeting at the beginning of her Junior year. She was immediately enticed by the real world application of what she had been learning in her fluid mechanics class through the work being done by the water systems sub team and she has been working with the team ever since. When she’s not participating in EWB fundraisers or hikes, she takes on a variety of hobbies – volleyball, soccer, and any type of art project.
